About Onboard Coaching

This monitoring program is the result of 12 years of experience as internal and external Coach in the HR area in large groups in Brazil and Europe. During a period of three months we will build together, through seven stages, an environment conducive to its development within the organization and as a consequence the success of its integration. We will explore your new work environment, discovering the company's codes and values, thus creating bonds with your manager and team through learning and personalized monitoring, using Coaching tools.

Due to the fact that monitoring features multimedia uses resources with videos, audio and web conferencing, we recommend that you conduct the training in an environment with Wi-Fi, so that your connection is more stable. You will be able to do it using a tablet or smartphone, and we recommend in this case that you access it through the application that will be indicated to you after you have carried out your registration.
